Types of anti-corrosion protection
To meet different requirements and budgets, we offer three levels of protection:
Two-component paint (premium coating): Delivers an excellent aesthetic finish. We use special high-hardness paints resistant to wear and weather, with a wide range of RAL shades. Especially effective on wrought-iron railings with patina effects.
Powder coating (electrostatic painting): Powder is applied electrostatically and then baked at high temperatures. The result is a highly durable and uniform layer that protects against scratches, UV rays, and impacts.
Hot-dip galvanizing (maximum protection): The most durable protection method, where steel is dipped into molten zinc at 450°C. This protects the metal inside and out, ensuring railings (especially wrought designs with many joints) won’t rust for decades.
